Ingredients Oyster Mushrooms Red or yellow peppers (Optional) Fresh spinach Minced garlic
Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 can of coconut cream
Parsley
Seasonings ( your choice) Smoked paprika, black pepper & pink Himalayan salt. Grab your favorite nonstick pan and lets get to sautéing!
Combined Olive oil, minced garlic, peppers, and onions to the non-stick pan.
Bring to medium heat, simmer for 3-5 minutes or until the flavor of the contents begin browning.
Add mushrooms and spinach to the pan, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
At this time add your favorite seasonings and parsley.
Gentle stir in coconut cream, stir.
*For a thicker cream, feel free to add a tablespoon of almond flour.
Cover and allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Optional: add non-diary Mozzarella cheese to the pan.
Serve with your favorite bread or over pasta and enjoy!
