"Breath, the power of life- Our lifeforce".


Take a deep breath inn and exhale it out. Breathing is the only activity we participate in every single second of the day without giving it much thought. We don't recognize breathing, we just do it. We are only conscious of our breathing if it is obstructed in some way.


Pneuma, the Greek word for breathe means spirit or inspiration. Have you ever considered breathing as your sprit?

I've come to know and utilize breathing as a tool for healing myself mentally, emotionally and physically.

There are so many benefits to mindful or conscious breathing.

How to Breathe Properly

This is one of my favorite videos explaining proper breathing. Use these techniques daily. Even consider setting aside some quality time to focus on breathing. When you feel stressed, overwhelmed, angry or when engaging in physical activity. This includes sex, when proper techniques are used during sex, we are able to experience heighten and prolonged orgasms.
